Drops

A tearful widow in white

By the window

Is eating the light

So transparent and liquid

Vanishing in its fluidity

The dark widow cries

.

Through the near clear

And empty glass

The willow tree collapse

“Don’t you cry my sweet widow,

for I will always keep you,

my leaves shall dry your tears,

my roots shall set you free”.

.

Weeping willow, weeping widow

Both beneath the pillow

Share their deepest truths

Tied up in their roots

Words that fly like feathers

Thus they remain forever.
